What we store
We store your name, email, password hash, account activity, credit balance, subscription status and the phone number you choose to pair. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, operate your LUCA deployment, manage credits, prevent account abuse and provide support. Referrer and page-view information is used in aggregate analytics.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Payment, hosting and email providers may receive only the information needed to deliver the service when those integrations are enabled.
Retention and requests
We retain account data while your account is active or as needed for security and financial records. Contact the service administrator to request correction or deletion.
