Use of LUCA
LUCA is a WhatsApp automation tool. You may connect only phone numbers, groups and content you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp rules and applicable law.
Responsible behavior
Do not use LUCA for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, bulk unsolicited messaging, or any activity that puts other people or WhatsApp accounts at risk. We may suspend abusive deployments.
Your account
Keep your email and password secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping payment and contact details accurate.
Credits and subscriptions
Credits are usage units. A 300-credit deployment covers one 30-day LUCA subscription. Payment providers and refund terms will be shown at checkout when enabled.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages and WhatsApp restrictions can affect operation.
