Using LUCA
LUCA is a WhatsApp automation tool. You may connect only phone numbers, groups, and content you own or are permitted to manage. You are responsible for following WhatsApp's own rules and any law that applies to you.
Responsible use
Do not use LUCA for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, bulk unsolicited messaging, or anything that puts other people or WhatsApp accounts at risk. Abusive deployments can be suspended without notice.
Your account
Keep your email and password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your details accurate. One WhatsApp number belongs to one account at a time.
Coins, slots, and payments
Coins are prepaid usage units bought with card or bank transfer through Paystack. A slot costs 200 coins and runs one number for 30 days. You can hold up to five slots. Prices and any refund terms are shown at checkout.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but maintenance, provider outages, and WhatsApp restrictions can affect operation.
